The African American Museum & Library at Oakland will host the American Black Beauty Doll Artists' annual Festival of Black Dolls Show.

The festival celebrates the artisry and craftsmanship of black dollmakers from across California. The one-day event features the handiwork of local doll makers and shines a spotlight on African American dolls.

Special guest speaker at this years' event will be Dr. Lisa Williams, owner and creater of "The Fresh Dolls."
