Encuentros: Youth Speaks Poetry Workshops

NOW EXTENDED THRU March 26! The winter cycle of Youth Speaks' FREE After School Writing Workshops at OPL kicks off January 8 at the Cesar Chavez branch! Encuentros is a space for Latina/o, migrant, and undocumented youth to share and write about their everyday stories. Encuentros es un lugar para jovenes Latina/o, migrante, y sin documentos para poder compartir sus historias.

Workshops are open to teens 13-19 years old. All workshops are FREE and no registration is necessary. The winter series runs every Tuesday from January 8 - March 26.
