Tai Chi Chih with Jenn Biehn
Join Jenn Biehn for Tai Chi Chih, an easy to learn, accessible and non-strenuous moving meditation. A form of Qi Gong, Tai Chi Chih consists of 19 movements and one pose which circulate and balance the chi or energy of the body. This practice provides the opportunity to bring stillness and calm to the body heart mind.
This program is free and open to all.
Jenn Biehn has been a certified instructor of Tai Chi Chih for 25 years. She has taught TCC to those healing from trauma in various community based organizations as well as to the staff and faculty at City College of San Francisco.
