Conducting African American Research

Oakland History Room librarian Dorothy Lazard will lead a workshop on how to find, evaluate, and use various reference resources when conducting research on African American topics inside and outside of the Oakland Public Library. Students, teachers, writers and history buffs are welcome to attend.
