Free Flu Shots and Hepatitis A Vaccination for High Risk People

Protect yourself! Protect the herd!

According to the CDC, an annual seasonal flu vaccine is the best way to reduce your risk of getting sick with seasonal flu and spreading it to others. Get vaccinated and help prevent serious illness, hospitalization, or even death.

Hepatitis A is a serious illness that can be spread through food, water, or objects (including improperly washed hands) that have been contaminated with HAV.

Alameda county will provide free flu shots and Hepatitis A vaccines for those in need. High risk populations include folks experiencing homlessness (e.g. those living in encampments with no access to water for washing) and IV drug users.
