Connect with the East Bay Community Recovery Project (EBCRP) at the Oakland Main Library. Drop in every Monday from 3-5 pm. No appointment necessary. 

At their offices at 2579 San Pablo Ave, EBCRP provides counseling, case management, life skills, and medical services such as:

  • Primary Medical Care
  • Mental Health Counseling
  • Rapid HIV & HEP C Testing
  • Substance Use Services
  • Relapse Prevention
  • Tobacco Cessation
  • Crisis Support
  • Housing Navigation

 

Also at 2579 San Pablo Ave, EBCRP offers a day support program for people suffering from co-occurring disorders of mental illness and substance abuse:

  • Monday—Friday from 9am to 12pm
  • Free Breakfast & Lunch
  • Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP)
  • Drug Testing
  • Life Skills Development
