In this workshop you will learn Mindfulness techniques that help calm and uplift your body and mind.
Our instructor, Susana Renaud, will guide us through exercises that will bring clarity to the mind, rest and ease to the body, and lightness to the breath.
Susana Renaud is a Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher as well as a Yoga Therapist and a Behavioral Health Instructor who teaches classes at Kaiser Permanente.
