Friends of the African American Museum & Library Seeks to Enlist Members, Elect Board
Oakland, CA - The Friends of AAMLO are having Board elections on Saturday, September 10, 1pm. This event will be in AAMLO's second floor gallery, at 659 14th Street.
At this event, Friends of AAMLO members will select new Board President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Communications Director in a vote. Ballot distribution, voting, and tallying will be completed during the meeting, and election results will be announced.
Interested candidates in these Board posts will need to be registered Friends of AAMLO members. Please call to establish membership, and submit a bio of 100 words or less by September 1, to:
