Saturday Children’s Story Hour

Michael S. Bandy and Eric Stein share the story, Granddaddy’s Turn: A Journey to the Ballot Box. Told through the eyes of an observant (and at times seemingly impatient) young boy, we learn about racial tensions in the segregated South as African Americans demonstrate an eagerness to exercise their right to vote in elections. The story is based on a true narrative.
