Gentle Flow Yoga with Nicole Varnado
This is a yoga basics class focused on connecting the movement of your body and movement of your breath. Class starts with a short meditation, and breath work is incorporated throughout the class. New and experienced yoga students welcome! Come dressed in 'moveable' clothes, and bring a yoga mat or towel.
Nicole Varnado has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and recently completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. She is honored to have the opportunity to move and breathe with her fellow Oakland Public Library patrons!
