Are you up for a challenge? Scientific Adventures for Families (SAFG) presents a new STEAM project each month, designed to put your creative, collaborative mind to the test. This spring, we'll be doing "Storybook Science: Engineering by the Book" programs! In March, join us for a program based on The Rain Came Down by David Shannon: Explore ways to clean run-off from our winter rains by making a filtration system using everyday items.

This program is part of a 2018-19 partnership between Golden Gate and Scientific Adventures; all classes run from 3:30-5:00 on the last Thursday of each month. Our spring dates are as follows:

  • March 28: Water Filter Systems
  • April 25: Exploring Owl Pellets
  • May 30: Hot and Cold Reactions

This event has already occurred. Visit our events calendar for future events.
