Sing at the Library!
Come sing with the Rockridge Library’s community choir! This choir is for all ages and skill levels. No auditions necessary. Music selections will include folk songs and freedom songs.
Singing together is a great way to build bonds within our community, learn about music history, overcome performance anxieties, and of course singing is scientifically proven to be beneficial for your health!
Music will be taught in a way that doesn’t require the ability to read music (but hopefully you'll learn how to read as the choir develops).
Choir conductor Pete Feltman has been singing in choirs since he was 5 years old. He has been directing the choir at College Ave Presbyterian church for the last 4 years and teaches music lessons at Acme House of Music.
