Correspondence, newsletters, meeting agendas, financial records, and other printed material related to the North Hills Phoenix Association (NHPA) and the Berkeley-North Oakland Hills area that was affected by the 1991 firestorm. Includes materials from neighborhood associations and subgroups such as Shepherd Canyon, Vicente Canyon Association and Fourth Bore Coalition, circa 2005-2010. Also contains records of the successor organization, the North Hills Community Association (NHCA), 2009-2011.
