Bullying is unwanted aggressive behavior.
Types of bullying.
Verbal, Social, and Physical are the most common all type of bullying. Bullying may also include aggressive behaviors in other forms: Cyber, Disability, LGBTQ+, Racial, Religious, Sexual, and Workplace.
Signs of Bullying:
There are many signs of bullying. Here are some examples. Teasing, spreading rumors, taking someone's things, telling others not to be friends with another person, hitting, kicking, and pinching.

The Effects of Bullying:
Bullying can have long term effects on a person. Some of that may include depression, anxiety, struggles with maintaining relationships, higher stress levels, sleeping problems, miss, skip, or drop out of school.

How can you help as a witness:
There are many ways someone can help if they are witnessing bullying. Here are some ways to help: help the victim find a safe place, tell the bully their behavior is hurtful, seek out a trusted adult; i.e. teacher, counselor, or family member.
