Artifact: A Very Good Boy (Buddha's Ashes)
Story: This was my dog, Buddha. I lost him to a failed relationship in 2013 and then again to doggy heaven in 2017. I only had him for the first three years of his too-short six-year life, but he is so much of who I am today. The things I learned from him are too many to list, so I'll avoid being philosophical and get right to the point. This is Buddha's last hurrah - I am sharing him with you so you can also exist in his presence and he can exist in yours. Say hello and goodbye before I scatter his ashes at Stinson Beach, a place we've both peed in public together. Cheers to Buddha, a very good boy.
