My Mother’s Healthy Daughter Is Dead, by Kristen Leckie

Description from intro:

This zine is a collection of reflections and decompressions, a diary of dealing with my mental health. As I grapple with self-care, I write to come to terms with my own struggles. Through writing I find things I've hidden, pushed away through coping mechanisms. I hope that through the excavation of my mind, this zine allows for others to come to terms with their own paths of healing. Content warning for depression, anxiety, abuse, eating disorders, suicide, and death.
