OUTSETis the fourth and, perhaps, final edition of a zine which was previously titled Women of Color in Punk Rock: An Anthology of Punk Pioneers from 1970-90. It has been updated and retitled as OUTSET: Women and Non-binary Black, Indigenous, and/or People of Color in Punk Rock and still spans the formative years of punk (1970-90) but with some updated content, language, and digital illustrations.
