Request a Class Visit

Bring your class to the library! You can also request an online or classroom visit.

We prioritize requests based on:

  • the order we receive them
  • staff capacity
  • your request

When capacity is limited, we may:

  • prioritize visits to under-resourced schools
  • provide pre-recorded videos developed by our librarians if a visit isn't possible

Please fill out the form below to request a visit.

Please allow two weeks for a response. A library staff member will contact you to confirm the date, time, and details of your visit.

We will do our best to accommodate as many groups or events as we can! Reach out to eAnswers@oaklandlibrary.org if you have any questions.

The class roster should include full names and birth dates. We will respond with a list of students that do not have an OPL card, and what they'll need to do to get cards.
