#TipTuesday: Book a Meeting Room

After many years of in-person meeting restrictions, it can be wonderful to meet up IRL (in real life) as a group. Did you know that a lot of OPL locations have meeting rooms that you can book for free? 

This can be a handy option because:

• All meeting rooms are wheelchair accessible.
• Meeting rooms can accommodate 25 or more people (with the largest room available for up to 159 people).
• There is no fee to use the meeting rooms, but any meeting booked must be free and open to the public.

Before you book, keep in mind:

• Reservations must be summited at least two weeks before requested reservation time.
• Our Meeting Room Policy, which includes information about eligibility, rules, and how to apply to use a room.
