    No, the meeting room can only be used during the library’s open hours.

    When booking the meeting room, please be sure to include time to set up, take down, and leave

    Your meeting room application can be submitted between two weeks and 90 days in advance of your requested reservation time.   

    Meeting rooms do not offer cooking equipment or kitchen supplies.

    All meeting rooms (except for Lakeview) allow eating.

    Yes, all meeting rooms have tables and chairs.

    Some meeting rooms have screens, but groups must bring their own equipment, including projectors.

    No. Any set up or clean up needed for an event must be done by your group within your reserved time.
